Skpmg2 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms
This document sets the terms and conditions governing your use of the skpmg2 platform. Please read it carefully before registering an account or using any services provided. Effective date: 1 January 2026.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the skpmg2 platform (including website, mobile apps, and related services), you fully agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of the terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.
These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you, as the user, and the management of skpmg2. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and over. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the required age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is allowed only one active account on the skpmg2 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. skpmg2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of the account verification process (KYC). Failure to provide requested documents within the specified time may result in temporary account restrictions.
You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account login information confidential. Any activity under your account is considered your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, please contact the skpmg2 support team immediately at [email protected].
- Do not share your password with anyone.
- Log out after each session, especially when using shared devices.
- Use a strong password that is unique and different from your other accounts.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a skpmg2 platform user, you agree to comply with all rules and policies. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate actions such as account suspension and forfeiture of balances:
- Fraud and manipulation: Including use of automated software, bots, or other technical methods to exploit the platform.
- Money laundering: Using the platform to process proceeds from illegal activities.
- Promotion abuse: Creating multiple accounts or collaborating with others to illegally exploit promotional offers.
- Account Sharing: Allowing others to use your account for any purpose.
- Unauthorized access attempts: Any attempt to access the system, database, or other users’ accounts.
Skpmg2 reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations of these rules and take appropriate action at management’s discretion.
4. Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on the skpmg2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are supported through approved local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go, and domestic bank transfers.
Deposit
Minimum and maximum deposits depend on the chosen payment method and may change from time to time. All deposits require successful identity verification. skpmg2 does not accept third-party deposits — all funds must come from a bank account registered under the same user name.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed to the verified bank account registered under the user’s name. Daily withdrawal limits vary based on account level and verification status. skpmg2 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals deemed unusual before approval.
Promotions & Bonuses
All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements outlined in their respective terms. Any attempt to withdraw bonuses before meeting these requirements is prohibited and may result in cancellation of the bonus.
5. Account Suspension & Closure
Skpmg2 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:
- Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
- Fraudulent activities, money laundering, or other illegal actions.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the specified time frame.
- Activities that compromise the integrity of the platform or other users.
- User requested account closure.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining credit may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach. If the closure is due to verification issues or user request, any valid balance will be refunded after the review process is complete.
Users whose accounts have been permanently closed for fraud are prohibited from re-registering with different names, email addresses, or information.
6. Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability & Term Amendments
Intellectual Property
All content on the skpmg2 platform — including logos, brand names, interface designs, text, images, source code, and software — is the exclusive property of skpmg2 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any elements for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Skpmg2 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss of profit arising from use or inability to use this platform. The platform is provided "as is" and continuous availability is not guaranteed. skpmg2 is not responsible for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control such as internet outages, natural disasters, or government directives.
Third-Party Links
The platform may contain links to third-party websites for your reference. skpmg2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing those websites is at your own risk.
Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law
Skpmg2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the platform. It is the user’s responsibility to review the terms regularly. These Terms are governed by applicable laws, and any disputes will be resolved according to procedures established by skpmg2 management.
